OUR PROMISE
Over 20 years ago I established a boutique political consultancy which focussed on helping clients to navigate the political and community aspects of the planning process.
We became a market leader and through a process of mergers, rebranding, and acquisitions we grew to over 160 staff operating from six offices across the UK. Having helped to create and grow a 'large agency', I have seen first hand the weaknesses in this approach and why it frequently doesn't deliver for clients.
Earlsbury has a different approach.
We lead with experience and our most senior colleagues work on all aspects of projects with no delegation to junior teams. We have removed all superfluous overheads so that we can offer the most competitive fees for this level of experience.
We refuse to take on projects where we can't add value. We recognise that no consultancy can know every local authority or offer every communications discipline, which is why we are proud to strengthen our teams through partners and associates.
